Mia raises awareness of skin cancer prevention

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, and to bring increased awareness to the issue, Deputy Majority Whip Mia Ackerman introduced a House resolution to recognize the occasion. She noted that "skin cancer is the most common cancer. One in five Americans will develop this preventable disease!"
